Maston Lyons holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and has nearly two decades of experience in the Logistics, Industrial and Manufacturing fields. His professional experience was developed while working for industry leading organizations such as GE, Volkswagen, Nissan and Foxconn. Maston was introduced to discrete-event simulation in 2003 and has spent the last decade developing discrete-event simulations for automotive, beverage, and retail partners. He founded the Simulation Bureau in 2020 with the vision of creating a resource for not only those directly involved in the simulation community but also those interested in data analysis, organizational performance, and general problem solving.

Dr. Mithila Rajeshirke earned her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, where her research focused on additive manufacturing of fiber-reinforced composites and fatigue analysis. With extensive academic and research experience, she has authored multiple publications in leading international journals and conferences and has contributed to research projects in advanced manufacturing and STEM education. Prior to joining Simulation Bureau, she lectured at Middle Tennessee State University and Pune University. At Simulation Bureau, she applies her knowledge and passion for innovation to deliver innovative solutions that bridge cutting edge research with real world industrial applications.
